Jiu Chai (King of Chinese Leeks)

I am sure many of you heard of Chinese Leeks (Jiu Chai), but this is a different kind. It is known as King of Chinese Leeks. Many claims that it taste better and it is also more expensive than the regular Jiu Chai. Most of the dumplings I've seen used the green Jiu Chai as the filling. I tasted this in a Chinese dish before and I have to say, it's definitely worth the extra money. Yum!
